Let's chart it out.

Business blueprinting and software development.

Forty-five minutes, no charge. Bring an idea or a business that's stuck, and we map it together — you leave with a plan whether or not we work together.

45 minutes No charge Video call, no deck You keep the map

Business blueprinting

We map the business before anyone writes code.

Software architecture

How it's structured, what talks to what, what breaks at scale.

Design

Interface, identity, the system that keeps it consistent.

Development

Built, deployed, running.

Payments

Taking money, correctly.

AI integration

LLM features that behave.

The 45 minutes

What actually happens.

No discovery questionnaire, no capabilities deck. The call is working time.

FIRST 10

The premise, out loud

You say what you're building and what's in the way. If you already mapped it in Blueprint, we open that and start from your thinking instead of a blank page.

NEXT 25

We chart it

Piece by piece. What has to exist, what's actually load-bearing, which numbers have a basis and which are guesses. Guesses get labelled as guesses.

LAST 10

You leave with a plan

The map becomes an ordered plan — what to do, in what order, and which parts are still guesses that need testing. Yours to keep, export, or hand to someone else.

If there's work worth doing after that, it gets scoped off the map and estimated — so the number comes from a document you already have, not a guess.

If there's work to do

Three shapes of work.

Scoped off the map, so a proposal is a filtered view of a document you already have — not a surprise. If yours doesn't fit one of these, say so and we'll work out what it is.

Teardown

One week · one problem

A decision in front of you and no clean way to see it. We chart it properly, stress the assumptions, hand back a written brief.

  • Full map, built with you
  • Written brief — findings and risks
  • Sequenced plan you can hand to anyone
  • One follow-up call
Fixed feeQuoted after the call

Build

4–12 weeks · design and ship

The whole thing, made and shipped. Same standard as Lightning Pass, which takes real money from real customers every week.

  • Architecture, design, engineering
  • Deployed and running, not handed over as a repo
  • Weekly demo — you see it work
  • Documentation and a handover session
  • 30 days of support after launch
Fixed scope, fixed priceQuoted after the call

Standing

Monthly · ongoing

For teams already shipping who want a second set of eyes that keeps context between calls instead of re-learning your business each time.

  • Set hours each month, yours to direct
  • Architecture and code review
  • Maps kept current as things change
  • Cancel with 30 days' notice

Already shipped

The products are the reference check.

Built in-house, running now. Nothing here is a case study written after the fact — you can open them.

Lightning Pass

Event ticketing with Stripe. Idempotent payments, Apple Pay, PWA install — handling real money for real events.

Live · takes payments
Hermes

A routine optimizer that reads your day back to you. Installed PWA, biometric vectors, a voice with a spec it has to obey.

Live · installable
Conscious Clothes

Smart wear that keeps heart rate, temperature, movement, and ECG on the device. Hardware, filed and protected.

Patent No. 63/889,364 · 2027

Book it

Bring what you have.

Fill this in first and it goes into the invite, so the call starts already in motion. Two fields are enough.

Before you pick a time

Takes about a minute.

45 minutes with Josh · shown in your timezone

The calendar opens once you've filled that in. The invite arrives with your premise attached instead of an empty placeholder — so the call starts ten minutes ahead.

After

What you leave with.

The map

Whatever we chart is yours — saved to your account, forkable, publishable to the Atlas if you want it there. Nothing held back as leverage.

The sequence

A written order of operations sent within a day. Dependencies first, and a plain note on which parts rest on guesses that need testing.

A straight answer

If there's work worth doing together, you get a scope and a number. If there isn't, you get told that instead — and a pointer to someone better suited.

Before you book

  • This is scoping, not advice. Anything touching formation, equity, or capital tells you what to ask a lawyer or accountant — it doesn't replace one.
  • You're talking to Josh. Not a sales team, not a coordinator. The person on the call is the person who'd do the work.
  • Not a fit for everything. Work needing a team of ten, or a domain nobody here understands, gets turned down rather than learned on your budget.
  • No numbers without a basis. If a figure appears in your map or your brief, where it came from is stated. Guesses get labelled as guesses.
  • No pitch at the end. If it's not a fit you'll hear it on the call, not in a follow-up sequence three weeks later.
